• Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days only from the date of receipt.
• Products must be in their original condition and in the same original, unopened packaging.
• Products that have been used or opened are not accepted.
• Special orders (made to order) cannot be exchanged or returned at all.
• The customer bears the shipping fees in the event of an exchange or return, unless there is an error or defect in the product.
• The refund process will be done using the same payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
