✅ Refund Policy – سياسة الاسترجاع

English:

• Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

• Refunds are applicable only if a return is accepted as per our return/exchange policy.

• Refunds are not applicable for special orders (made to order) or used/opened products.

Arabic:

• سيتم تنفيذ عمليات الاسترجاع فقط من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

• تتم عملية الاسترجاع خلال 10 إلى 45 يوم عمل، وذلك حسب البنك المُصدر لبطاقة الائتمان.

• يتم الاسترجاع فقط في حال تم قبول الإرجاع وفقًا لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.

• لا يتم استرجاع المبالغ للطلبات الخاصة (المصنوعة حسب الطلب) أو المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

English:

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.

• Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.

• Products that have been used or opened will not be accepted.

• Special orders (made to order) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• The customer will bear the shipping fees for returns/exchanges, unless there is a mistake or manufacturing defect in the product.

• In cases where no return/refund policy applies, this will be clearly communicated before purchase to avoid disputes.

Arabic:

• يمكن استبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية وغير مفتوحة وفي نفس التغليف الأصلي.

• لا يتم قبول المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها.

• الطلبات الخاصة (حسب الطلب) غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال نهائيًا.

• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان هناك خطأ أو عيب في المنتج.

• في حال وجود سياسة "عدم الإرجاع أو الاسترداد" لبعض المنتجات، فسيتم إبلاغ العميل بها بوضوح قبل الشراء.

🚫 Cancellation Policy – سياسة الإلغاء

English:

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped or processed.

• Cancellation is not allowed for special/custom orders.

• For digital or instant delivery services, cancellation is not possible once delivery has started.

• If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

Arabic:

• يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الطلب أو قبل شحنه أو تجهيزه.

• لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب.

• بالنسبة للخدمات الرقمية أو التسليم الفوري، لا يمكن الإلغاء بعد بدء عملية التسليم.

• في حال الموافقة على الإلغاء، سيتم تنفيذ الاسترجاع وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع
